With nearly a decade of experience training professional and collegiate athletes, as well as everyday individuals striving to improve their health, Blair brings a results-driven yet practical approach to every client plan.

Meet the Trainer

Blair Bennett, M.S, C.S.C.S.

Blair is a certified strength and conditioning coach/personal trainer in his home state of Massachusetts. He has a diverse background of experience, having trained professional and college athletes, middle school students, and regular gym-goers for almost a decade. 

As a young athlete, he became interested in the fields of training, nutrition, and the human body which only grew into his purpose as he extended his playing career to the division 1 college level. Blair has a Master’s degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Human Performance.

Blair has expanded his knowledge through multiple additional certifications in the field, and continues to take seminars and courses with industry experts.
