If a membership is downgraded or cancelled within the year, you may be charged the difference between the discounted rate and full market price of the products purchased. **This is to discourage choosing a high package to purchase an expensive product, and then immediately downgrading to a lower monthly package before the cost difference in realized. The "Explorer Plan" has been retired due to increasing laboratory costs. Pre-existing explorer clients will be "grandfathered" in to their existing pricing plans for as long as they remain with the practice. ** Eligible medications do NOT include ALL medications. Q: Where do I start?
A: The best place to start is with a “Discovery Call”. This helps you and us figure out if we are a good fit to work together. We will be honest on if your situation is a good fit for the practitioners of Summit.
Q: What are “Bioidentical” Hormones?
A: These tend to be plant sourced, usually from wild yams, and require a chemical reaction or two to be virtually indistinguishable from the hormones that naturally circulate in the human body. In the case of desiccated thyroid, it is derived from porcine (pig) sources and functions in the body as our own T3 & T4 does.
